Kustom Cut offers professional concrete sawing and drilling services across Melbourne, the Mornington Peninsula, and throughout Victoria. Our team handles everything from small core holes to major cut‑and‑remove projects, delivering high‑quality results with efficiency and care.

We own four Husqvarna Robotic Demolition Robots (two DXR305 and two DXR140) – the most powerful remote‑controlled demolition robots on the market. These machines provide fume‑free (hydraulic), quiet performance, making them perfect for sensitive locations such as hospitals, shopping centres, and apartment buildings.  Services equipment include: Core Drilling, Hand Saw, Ring Saw, Chain Saw, Wall Saw, Floor Saw, Flush Cutting, Wet Vac, and more.

HUSQVARNA DXR140 ROBOT

DXR140 is the smallest and lightest DXR on the market. Despite its compact design it is a powerful partner to reckon with for demolition work in cramped spaces where the substrate requires light. With only being 77cm wide it can fit through all normal doorways and can access many working locations. It has a wide span between the outriggers providing superior stability of the large footprint it creates and has an impressive 15kw power.

DXR305 is only 78cm wide and can fit through all normal doorways and can access many working locations. It has a wide span between the outriggers providing superior stability of the large footprint it creates. It has an impressive 27kw power. The setup of the arm system combined with the software gives smooth and precise positioning of the long reach arm. Weight 1960kg. The DXR 305 is controlled by user-friendly remote control, which allows for safer operation.

Core Drilling

Core drilling is a process of drilling perfectly round holes of small or large diameter cores through concrete and brick walls and floors. Kustom Cut offer a range of large diameter core holes up to 700mm diameter. Inverted drilling is another service offered. A site inspection can be arranged to determine the suitability to use this method of coring.

Hand Saw

We offer high frequency, hydraulic and petrol and sawing (wall and floor) to the depth of 150mm. Hand sawing can also be used for ground slab cutting where there is limited access for a floor saw. Hand sawing can be used for car parks to factory floors. you can be sure our professional concrete cutter will do a premium job every time!

Wall Saw

Wall Saw

Otherwise known as Track Sawing. Wall sawing is a hydraulic powered or petrol machine that cuts openings such as doors, windows, vents and lift shafts. The saw is mounted on a wall, roof or floor on a bolted metal track. Wall sawing can cut both vertically and horizontally and can cut to the depth of up to 750mm. It can cut through heavily reinforced concrete.

A flush cutter is powered by electric, hydraulic and is also available on our track mounted saw. The flush cutter also has an option of chainsaw flush cutter. Flush cutting can cut up to 200mm thickness (handheld) or 450mm track mounted. This machine can be sued on concrete walls, concrete floors and roads.

Chain Saw

We offer high frequency, hydraulic and petrol chain sawing to the depth of 450mm. Chainsaws can cut wall and floor depth of up to 450mm. Chain sawing is ideal for wall penetrations or no over-cuts for structurally sound buildings.

Floor Saw

Floor Saw

Also known as Road Sawing or Flat Saw. Kustom Cut runs a diesel and electric floor saws. The diesel floor saw cuts to the depth of 450mm. The electric floor saw cuts to the depth of 375mm, (flumeless cutting). A diamond blade is mounted on a walk-behind machine floor saw that requires only one operator. Floor saw’s cut horizontal flat surfaces such as bitumen, paving and concrete floors.

The High Frequency Electric Ringsaw has a maximum cutting depth up to 270mm, also suitable for wall cutting. To aid dust suppression and the life of the blade, this ringsaw is designed for wet cutting. When you connect a high frequency power pack, the machine automatically detects it and the intelligent power pack delivers optimised power. Electric motor: 5.5kw. Maximum blade diameter: 370mm. Maximum peripheral Speed: 55m/s. Sound level (ear): 93 dB(A).

Kustom Cut have many systems to contain, collect and dispose of concrete slurry. Each system can be adapted for project requirements regarding containment, collection and disposal.

FUMELESS CUTTING

We offer hydraulic cutting services that allow us to work safely indoors, in confined spaces, and fume-free, all while achieving excellent results. This method is a great alternative to petrol-powered concrete cutting equipment, especially when fumes might be a health and safety concern. For jobs in poorly ventilated or confined areas, hydraulic concrete cutting is the ideal choice.

We offer hydraulic cutting services with both petrol hydraulic and electric hydraulic power packs. This versatile method can be used for all our cutting services, including Electric Road Saw, Chain Saw, Hand Saw, Ring Saw, and Electric Cut-n-Break.

Suitable for flush cutting close to walls and floors as well as for smaller jobs like window openings where you want to avoid over cutting at the corners. Peripheral speed: 60 m/s. Length: 867mm. The K6500 high power electric chainsaw, is equipped with high frequency PRIME™ technology. Cutting depth of 450mm deep from one side, making this machine a great complement to wall saws to avoid overcutting at corners. It is also ideal for cutting irregular or small openings as small as 11x11cm.

The Electric Handsaw has a maximum cutting depth up to 155mm. It can take a maximum blade of 400mm and thickness of 5mm blade. It has a high-power output, well-balanced body and low vibration levels meaning less operator fatigue.
