Kustom Cut offer concrete cutting services, which involve the controlled sawing and drilling of concrete by our skilled operators. We use diamond blades and core drill bits that contain diamond-impregnated chips, ensuring a smooth and attractive finish. Additionally, our process utilises water to eliminate dust in your work area.

We are proud owners of four Husqvarna Robotic Demolition Robots: two DXR305 and two DXR140 models.

These are the most powerful remote-controlled demolition robots available, and they are well-known for their quiet, fume-less (hydraulic) performance. This makes them ideal for work during normal business hours and in sensitive environments such as hospitals, shopping centers, and apartment buildings.
FUMELESS CUTTING
We offer hydraulic cutting services that allow us to work safely indoors, in confined spaces, and fume-free, all while achieving excellent results. This method is a great alternative to petrol-powered concrete cutting equipment, especially when fumes might be a health and safety concern. For jobs in poorly ventilated or confined areas, hydraulic concrete cutting is the ideal choice.
We offer hydraulic cutting services with both petrol hydraulic and electric hydraulic power packs. This versatile method can be used for all our cutting services, including Electric Road Saw, Chain Saw, Hand Saw, Ring Saw, and Electric Cut-n-Break.

Kustom Cut Concrete Cutting & Drilling is based on the Mornington Peninsula, and we provide our services Australia-wide for both Commercial and Domestic projects.
We are fully insured, CFMEU members, EBA compliant, and Premium members of the Concrete Sawing Drilling Association of Australia (CSDAA). Our Director, Kris, is also an Executive member of the CSDAA.
